Lighthouse building, Kingscross

This project was a great opportunity to work on the famous Lighthouse building in London’s King’s Cross and to collaborate with Balfour Beatty. We supplied 8m commercial screens, timber entrance screens and a Geze electric door systems. However, the screens were huge and couldn’t be brought onto site as one piece. Managing such large screens meant manufacturing them in parts and assembling onsite. This required additional labour and extra care with planning to ensure an efficient execution. Our attention to detail meant that we got screens on site in four weeks, exceeding the expectations of our clients, who had asked for them in eight weeks.
