Kartik Nursing Home

Our client here was an NHS care home having an extension built to an existing building. Whilst this work was taking place, we had to ensure minimal disruption for the elderly patients, which placed restrictions on when we could work. To ensure that work was carried out in the most efficient but considerate way, it had to be managed by our dedicated project manager working closely with the site manager and client, building a sophisticated and manageable works programme to get the job done. Working in close partnership we achieved the goal with no negative effects to the patients so that the client has asked us to carry out further work at this site.
