ROYAL WHARF DEVELOPMENT

Royal Wharf on the former site of Minoco Wharf on the north bank of the Thames, is a residential and commercial development, part of the exciting development of the Royal Albert Dock into London’s third business and financial district. Key to this project was ensuring that commercial units (including Starbucks, a pharmacy and dental surgery) could be occupied as quickly as possible. Other glazers couldn’t meet the main contractor’s schedule, but we could, ensuring that leases for the units could be secured. BSF Group’s in-house fabrication plant and great relationships with suppliers meant we could work to very tight deadlines. Although originally contracted to complete one unit, our quality of work and exceptional lead times led to subsequent contracts for additional units in the next development phase.
