Bournemouth Park Academy

This project was a largescale replacing of timber windows with new uPVC windows, providing aluminium doors and required removing the existing windows without causing damage to the structural frame. This was essential as the project had to be delivered to budget and damage to the frames would mean additional costs. Our proven project management practices ensured work was delivered efficiently, to tight timescales and to strict budgets without compromising on quality or health and safety. Our project management strength has resulted in an ongoing relationship with the main contractor, Davco, for whom we’ve completed seven school projects with more planned this summer.
